Redline Bio Labs Review: Vial Prices, Packs and Verified COAs
Our independent Redline Bio Labs review checks its full size catalog, laboratory report library, exact verification outcomes and scientific identity limitations.
We reviewed Redline Bio Labs, its complete product-size catalog and its public laboratory report library on November 2, 2026. Its report library is substantial, and much of it can be independently checked at the issuing laboratories. The distinctions that matter are which report actually resolves, what sample and strength it describes, and whether the current offer supplies that same lot.
At the original November 2 review, PeptideBenchmark had no Redline Bio Labs affiliate relationship. Affiliate update, November 3, 2026: we may now earn commission through our Redline referral link or code BENCHMARK, which gives 20% off eligible products. See the current code and conditions. The relationship does not change the evidence findings or score. We examined public product information and laboratory documents; we did not purchase or independently test a vial. Products are labeled for laboratory research only, not human or veterinary use. This is a documentary-evidence and commercial-transparency review.
Which laboratory documents checked out
The library contained 95 distinct PDFs and six report images, covering current and historical samples. We read all 293 document pages and retained the original documents. Repeated links to the same PDF do not create additional certificate origins.
| Laboratory | Published documents | Independently verified | What we checked |
|---|---|---|---|
| SteriGenix | 68 | 68 | Exact public report, client, printed sample identity, nominal quantity, purity and measured-content results |
| AV Analytics | 26 | 10 | Exact certificate and lot record; the laboratory PDFs matched the vendor copies byte for byte |
| Freedom Diagnostics | 6 | 6 | Exact accession and search code; vendor images agreed with laboratory PDFs on client, sample, purity and content results |
| BTLabs | 1 | 0 | The embedded QR supplied an exact viewer link, but opening the laboratory document required email identity verification |
Sixteen newer AV Analytics uploads returned no published certificate record in the laboratory lookup. We retain those vendor-hosted documents and their printed results, with no provider-verification credit. This records the public lookup outcome at review time. The BTLabs document also remains available without that credit; we did not submit an identity or email-code request.
Some SteriGenix laboratory records amend identity metadata while retaining the original assay results. The archived vendor PDF and the current laboratory record remain distinct sources; we do not replace a printed chemical identifier with a newer webpage value.
The library also states that its older SteriGenix RBL-3 RT 20 mg reports were withdrawn following a mismatch. Its newer AV Analytics report names batch RT20-011. That document applies to the tested batch and does not validate the withdrawn report or establish the lot of every current 20 mg offer.
The useful evidence is the full document and its laboratory relationship. A historical report, high purity percentage or total blend mass does not independently establish the contents of a current shipment.
Purity, content and safety panels are different claims
The average primary reported compound purity was approximately 99.64%. Solvent analysis does not enter that average. Purity is distinct from the amount recovered and does not establish sterility.
For example, AV Analytics certificate COA-2026-26602 prints a 10 mg PNC-27 label claim and 5.03 mg/vial measured content, while marking a ±10% criterion as passing. Those printed fields require clarification. We preserve the result and do not relabel the report as evidence for a 5 mg catalog option. The separate SteriGenix PNC-27 document is evaluated on its own identity and strength.
Sixteen documents contain additional heavy-metal and endotoxin results. Those are the newer AV documents without a published laboratory lookup record at review time. We distinguish the printed panel from independently verified provider availability. The reports’ stated endotoxin criteria are laboratory research-product criteria, not blanket limits for every use.
We found no recognized compendial sterility report in this published set. SteriGenix wording about accelerated bacterial growth does not become USP sterility coverage; metal headings followed by “No data” or “Not Tested” do not become metal results. Individual blend component measurements remain visible, and we do not invent a combined amount when the laboratory does not report one.
The catalog and the comparison boundaries
The catalog contains 82 product families and 255 distinct size options. That denominator includes unavailable sizes, supplies, cartridges, mixed kits and pre-orders. It is not a count of 255 different compounds.
Our vial board includes 177 available offers across 50 comparison groups, using the complete listed price and total labeled mass. A homogeneous ten-vial pack uses all ten vials’ price and mass. Special-order packs remain marked with the vendor’s two to three week shipping lead time. They are distinct from in-stock single vials and ready-stock packs.
Four hCG options are compared separately in the IU lane, with no conversion to milligrams. No ready-spray or capsule offers were found in this catalog. 29 unavailable options remain in the catalog; 40 supplies, mixed multi-product kits, cartridges and other preparations are outside the current comparison formats.
Five options are held for scientific identity clarification:
- Bioglutide 30 mg: the published name and report identity do not establish a supported comparison-group identity.
- Cartalax single vial and pack: the product description names Ala-Glu-Asp-Gly, while its Cartalax certificate identifies the tripeptide formula. PubChem’s Cartalax entry identifies Ala-Glu-Asp; those descriptions require reconciliation.
- KPV single vial and pack: the product page pairs Lys-Pro-Val and CAS 67727-97-3 with formula C16H29N5O4 and weight 355.43. PubChem’s Lys-Pro-Val entry lists C16H30N4O4 and 342.43. We do not resolve that conflict by assuming the product specification is a typo.
The standalone TB-500 product specification points to the acetylated 17–23 fragment, which is compared separately from full-length thymosin beta-4. The published formula and CAS align with the acetylated fragment entry at PubChem. An unqualified laboratory label saying only “TB-500” does not establish that fragment identity. Blend reports are retained, but a total blend mass without an established nominal component recipe does not receive exact strength-coverage credit. Reports matched to a single-vial strength may also cover a homogeneous pack of that same strength; this still makes no claim about the lot supplied by current inventory or pre-orders.
Shipping, fees and returns
The vendor lists U.S. UPS Ground at $13, included from $200 after discounts. It states dispatch cutoffs of 3 p.m. Central on weekdays and noon on Saturday, with standard delivery estimated at one to five business days. These are published policies, not independently tested fulfillment results. Special-order pack lead times are longer.
Cards add a 4% fee; Zelle and Venmo are listed without that card fee. Optional Shield coverage costs $12.95 and is separate from the listed product price. Conditional coupons, free-vial offers, fees and shipping are not compounded into the comparison prices.
The policy generally treats sales as final, subject to stated remedies. Damage, wrong items or missing items must be reported within 48 hours; a package with no movement for seven days enters the lost-package process. Read the shipping and protection terms before relying on a remedy, especially the distinction between optional coverage and carrier-claim conditions.
The footer names Pinnacle CRE LLC and publishes a mailing address at 206A S Loop 336, PMB 304, Conroe, TX 77304. We show the vendor-stated mailing city; we have not independently verified a warehouse or headquarters there.

Common questions
How many Redline Bio Labs laboratory reports could PeptideBenchmark verify?
Our November 2, 2026 review retained 101 published document origins. We independently verified 84: 68 SteriGenix records, 10 AV Analytics reports and six Freedom Diagnostics reports. Sixteen newer AV uploads had no published record in the laboratory lookup; the BTLabs viewer required an email identity step, which we did not submit.
Are all listed product sizes included in price comparisons?
The complete catalog contains 255 options across 82 product families. We compare 177 available vial and homogeneous pack offers in 50 groups, with four hCG options in the separate IU lane. Unavailable options, identity conflicts and products outside the comparison formats remain explicitly accounted for.
Does a laboratory report establish the lot that a current order will receive?
No. These reports describe submitted samples, including historical batches. A matching compound and nominal vial strength does not establish the lot supplied from current stock or a pre-order. A total blend mass alone also does not establish an exact component recipe.
Does PeptideBenchmark have a Redline Bio Labs affiliate code?
Yes. Since November 3, 2026, PeptideBenchmark is a disclosed Redline Bio Labs affiliate. BENCHMARK gives 20% off eligible products, and our referral link applies it. Comparison prices use the code alone; quantity and free-vial deals, other codes, account offers, shipping and fees are separate. The affiliate relationship does not change testing findings or the evidence score.
