Aperture Clinic and PeptideBenchmark
The person who owns PeptideBenchmark also operates Aperture Clinic, a telehealth clinic. We are telling you because it is a conflict of interest, and because a site that grades other people's disclosures should hold itself to the same standard.
What Aperture Clinic is
Aperture Clinic is a patient-facing telehealth front door. Care runs through the platform's contracted, licensed clinicians and licensed U.S. pharmacies. Aperture Clinic does not prescribe anything itself, and PeptideBenchmark does not prescribe, diagnose, or treat. Whether a given compound is appropriate for a given person, and whether it can lawfully be prescribed or compounded at all, is decided by those clinicians and pharmacies under the rules that apply to them.
It is a different kind of business from the vendors covered on this site. PeptideBenchmark benchmarks research-use vendors: catalogs, prices, certificates of analysis, and third-party trust signals. Aperture Clinic is not a research-use vendor, does not sell to PeptideBenchmark readers as one, and is not part of that market.
The rules
These are commitments, not aspirations. Each one is checkable on the site, and the first five are also checked mechanically every time the site is built: a build fails if the clinic appears in any vendor, pricing, coupon, or sponsorship input, if a link to it ships without this label, or if the note appears on a profile outside the reviewed list.
- Never scored, graded, or ranked. Aperture Clinic has no PB Score, no trust band, and no place in the vendor board or any ranking, comparison, or best-of list on this site.
- Never on the vendor board, the pricing board, or the Stack Builder. It is not a vendor here and will not become one.
- Never in coupon pages, PB Pick, or any sponsorship slot. The sponsorship program exists so that visibility can be bought without buying a grade. Selling that visibility to ourselves would defeat the point, so we do not.
- Every link is labeled. Wherever this site links to Aperture Clinic, the ownership statement sits next to the link, not only in a footer or on a separate page you have to find. Links carry no affiliate or referral parameters.
- Placements are narrow and stay off research-market compounds. The only on-site placement is a labeled note on a small number of peptide profiles, limited to compounds with a documented, cited basis (an FDA-approved drug, FDA's interim Category 1 list, or a pending advisory-committee recommendation, which the note discloses). It never appears on vendor pages, pricing pages, or tools.
- Editorial coverage does not bend. PeptideBenchmark's reporting on FDA compounding categories, PCAC reviews, and telehealth marketing continues on the same terms as before, including where it is unfavorable to clinics like ours.
- Independence claims are scoped. When this site says its rankings are independent, it means the vendor rankings and pricing data take no vendor money and that no owned business appears in them. It does not mean the publisher has no other business interests. This page is where those interests are stated.
Where you will see Aperture Clinic on this site
- A labeled note on a small number of peptide profiles, limited to compounds with a documented, cited basis: an FDA-approved drug; a substance FDA lists as Category 1 under its interim compounding policy; or a substance FDA's advisory committee has recommended for that list but FDA has not yet acted on, in which case the note says so. The note is headed Owned by our publisher and links here. It does not appear on vendor pages, pricing pages, or tools.

- Occasional editorial posts about the clinic or this relationship, which say so in the text and link here.
If you find an Aperture Clinic link anywhere on PeptideBenchmark without the ownership label next to it, that is a defect. Tell us and we will fix it.
What this page is not
This page is not medical advice and not a recommendation to seek treatment. It is not a claim that any compound discussed on this site is available by prescription, lawful to compound, or suitable for you. Those are questions for a licensed clinician. PeptideBenchmark's peptide profiles grade the strength of published evidence, not efficacy or safety, and that does not change because the publisher operates a clinic.
Why we are saying this here
Endorsement and review rules look at who controls a business, not at how the paperwork is arranged. A separate company name would not make the relationship go away, so we are not pretending it does. Disclosing it plainly, next to every link, is the only version of this that is consistent with the standard we apply to everyone else we write about.
