Palmetto Peptides Review: Prices, Lot COAs and Laboratory Verification
An independent review of Palmetto Peptides vial prices, Accumark lot reports, exact strength coverage, measured content and the BENCHMARK discount.
We reviewed Palmetto Peptides, its public lot documents and the exact strengths available on its product pages. The strongest finding is a laboratory-verifiable certificate trail naming Palmetto Peptides LLC. Its limitations are equally specific: coverage varies by strength, measured quantities can differ from vial labels, and a sample report does not establish the lot a future order will receive.

What the catalog supports
The complete catalog contains 35 options across 28 product pages. We compare 33 available single-vial offers across 27 compound groups on Pricing and in Stack Builder. The unavailable Semax 10 mg option stays in the catalog and testing denominator. Bacteriostatic water is documented but excluded from peptide price comparisons. There are no unexplained pricing deferrals.
Strength options matter. For example, CJC-1295 no DAC, GHK-Cu, KPV, retatrutide and sermorelin offer more than one size. Researchers should select the matching strength on the product page; the product title or starting price can describe a different option.
GLP1-SEMA, GLP2-TIRZ and GLP3-RETA are Palmetto’s disclosed names for semaglutide, tirzepatide and retatrutide. CJC-1295 DAC remains separate from no DAC. The published TB-500 and Wolverine, GLOW and KLOW reports identify the 17–23 fragment, so their comparison groups exclude full-length thymosin beta-4 and its blends.
What we checked at the laboratory
The public COA library and product pages publish 26 certificate origins, including the water report and both retatrutide strengths. Each exact sample code resolved at Accumark Labs under Palmetto Peptides LLC. We compared the laboratory client, code, lot and reported purity, and confirmed that each vendor PDF matched the laboratory’s own PDF byte for byte.
The certificate is matched to its printed compound and nominal size. This provides coverage for 26 catalog options across 25 product pages; it does not extend the same report to every strength on a page. The laboratory’s measured quantity is retained separately from the vial’s nominal label. Purity is also separate from content: a high purity percentage does not prove a vial contains the labeled mass.
The reports include identity, purity and measured-content results, with endotoxin results and rapid PCR sterility screening where printed. PCR screening is not a compendial USP <71> sterility test. The water report measures benzyl alcohol rather than peptide purity and is excluded from the compound-purity average. A report does not establish unreported heavy-metal results or the quality of every unit in a batch.
The storefront’s date column should be read alongside the document. The laboratory reports have separate received and publication dates; we preserve those labels rather than treating either as a confirmed assay date.

BENCHMARK: 10% off full-price items
Our Palmetto coupon page lists BENCHMARK. Our November 3 check confirmed 10% off full-price products with BENCHMARK. Sale items were excluded. Cagrilintide, GLOW, GHK-Cu/KPV and Selank were on sale at review time; their comparison prices keep the displayed sale price without an extra code discount.
Use our disclosed referral link and enter BENCHMARK in the cart discount field. Automatic discount application from the referral link alone is unconfirmed. Other codes, shipping and fees are not combined into comparison prices. No test order was placed.
Location and fulfillment claims
The privacy policy identifies Lexington, South Carolina, and the About page describes a family-run operation founded by Tony and Kim. These are vendor statements, not independently verified headquarters or manufacturing claims. The shipping policy lists U.S.-only USPS Priority Mail delivery, processing within one to two business days and free shipping on orders over $200. Those terms were observed November 3, 2026 and may change.
Palmetto’s strongest evidence is the exact laboratory trail. The next step toward broader documentation is strength-specific reporting for the options that currently lack it, alongside clear distinctions between nominal content, measured content and the lot supplied from current stock.
Common questions
Does Palmetto Peptides publish independently checkable COAs?
Its public lot library links 26 Accumark certificates. PeptideBenchmark checked the exact sample codes against the laboratory, including the client, lot and matching PDF bytes. Certificates describe submitted samples and do not establish the contents of every vial.
Does BENCHMARK work on sale items?
No. Our November 3, 2026 check confirmed 10% off full-price items with BENCHMARK; items already on sale were excluded. Our comparisons preserve those sale prices without adding another coupon discount.
Are all sizes covered by testing?
No. We match each certificate to its printed nominal strength. A 10 mg certificate does not establish testing coverage for a 5 mg or 15 mg option on the same page. Unavailable strengths remain in the coverage denominator.
