Mizan Review: Prices, Lot Records, COAs, and What We Found
We checked Mizan's complete strength catalog, public lot records, Freedom Diagnostics PDFs and Janoshik reports, keeping measured content and modified peptide forms distinct.
We examined Mizan, its product-strength options and public lot records on November 1, 2026. Its useful feature is the connection between a particular strength, a named lot and laboratory documents filed under the vendor’s own client names. We checked those documents and their laboratory credentials rather than treating a COA tab as proof of every size or test.
Reviewed November 1, 2026. PeptideBenchmark has no affiliate, coupon, sponsorship or paid-placement relationship with Mizan. We reviewed public product information, laboratory documents and an anonymous cart; we did not purchase or independently test a vial. Products are labeled for laboratory research only, not human or animal use. This is a commercial-transparency and documentary-evidence review, not medical advice.
The documentation we checked
The testing page explains the lot-record system. We examined all 31 publicly listed lot records and the 43 distinct documents linked from them and the corresponding product strengths. Extra endotoxin and heavy-metal reports belong to the same lot; they are not additional products with COAs.
23 documents were Freedom Diagnostics PDFs. Each named Mizan Supply, carried an accession and search code, and matched the laboratory-hosted PDF byte for byte. 20 were Janoshik report images, naming mizansupply.com as the client. Their printed QR codes and published lot links supplied the exact task and unique key used to confirm the report at Janoshik. An exact laboratory lookup confirms that report; it is separate from the byte-for-byte PDF comparison used for Freedom.
The reports covered 31 of 37 published strength options. This includes all 29 currently available comparable compound-vial offers, plus the 10 mL water and ten-vial 2 mL water-kit options. NAD+ is a coenzyme rather than a peptide; it remains a separately labeled research-compound comparison.
Six published options had no linked report at review time: Wolverine Blend 5 mg + 5 mg; CJC-1295 no DAC / Ipamorelin 5 mg + 5 mg; MZN-3P/Cagri 12.5 mg + 2.5 mg; MZN-1P 5 mg; MZN-1P 10 mg; and 30 mL water. The five compound options were unavailable. They remain in the catalog denominator rather than disappearing from the coverage calculation.
The current comparable vial offers have lot-specific reports, and the laboratory credentials check out. Certificates describe submitted samples. They do not independently establish every shipped vial's contents, sterility or suitability for use.
Purity, measured content and additional panels
The average reported compound purity was approximately 99.55% across 28 primary purity reports. Separate safety-panel documents and solvent analysis do not enter that average. The NAD+ report states identity and measured amount without publishing a purity percentage; we did not invent one.
Measured content is distinct from the nominal label. For example, the N-Acetyl Selank Amidate lot links Freedom report Miza2610140102, which reports 9.29 mg against the product’s 10 mg nominal label, alongside 99.78% purity. That result remains visible. A high purity percentage does not establish that the labeled mass was recovered.
Six compound options had both endotoxin and heavy-metal reports. A separate heavy-metal report was also published for the 2 mL water-kit lot. We found no compendial sterility report in the reviewed set. Some Janoshik endotoxin results are stated below the assay’s validated range with an estimate; those qualifications matter and are retained in the source document. An endotoxin result is not a sterility test.
Chemical forms and prices
We recorded 29 active single-vial offers across 22 compound groups from 27 product families and 37 strength options. Five unavailable compound options stay documented outside active offers, and three water/supply options are outside peptide-mass comparisons. No products were left with an unexplained dose or price deferral.
MZN-3P, MZN-2P and MZN-1P are vendor product codes. The published chemical identifiers support their alignment with retatrutide, tirzepatide and semaglutide respectively; unavailable semaglutide strengths do not become current offers. The blend labels state their nominal component amounts, so a 10 mg + 10 mg blend is compared as 20 mg total blend mass.
Modified forms need their own comparisons. Selank and Semax are explicitly N-acetyl amidates. The Epitalon page publishes Ac-Ala-Glu-Asp-Gly-NH2 and a molecular weight of 431.40 g/mol, so this is kept apart from unmodified Epitalon. Mizan’s full-length thymosin beta-4 page publishes the full-length formula and mass. Its separate 17–23 fragment page publishes Leu-Lys-Lys-Thr-Glu-Thr-Gln, C36H66N10O13 and 847.0 g/mol; that unacetylated form is kept apart from acetylated fragment offers. These are vendor-published structural specifications, not independent sequencing of a purchased vial.
At review time the storefront advertised a 20% fall sale through November 30. The lower prices were already the publicly listed single-vial prices. Examples included BPC-157 10 mg at $28, GHK-Cu 100 mg at $36, and KLOW 80 mg at $70.40. We did not deduct another 20% from those prices.
The product pages also publish quantity tiers. An anonymous BPC-157 cart with five vials charged $26.60 per vial. The comparison rows in this review use the single-vial offer; bulk tiers and an unapproved affiliate code are not compounded into those rows.
Shipping, location and reputation
The shipping policy lists U.S.-only delivery, dispatch within one to two business days, standard shipping at $10, expedited at $15, express at $45, and free standard shipping from $200 after discounts. It excludes territories, PO boxes and military/diplomatic addresses. These are dated vendor terms, not independently tested delivery performance.
The returns policy says products cannot be returned after shipment, with a replacement/refund process for lost or damaged orders and cancellation before dispatch. The storefront publishes 1014 E Cambridge Dr, Schererville, IN 46375, [email protected] and 219-281-0990. Our map uses the published contact city; it does not certify a headquarters or fulfillment facility.
The exact-domain Trustpilot refresh returned no profile during onboarding. No unrelated similarly named business or storefront testimonial is substituted for an independent reputation score.
The living Mizan profile carries current scores and evidence counts. Read individual documents in the Mizan COA records, compare current offers on Pricing, and inspect comparable quantities in Stack Builder. The benchmark methodology explains how public documents, laboratory verification and catalog coverage enter the score.
Common questions
Does Mizan publish independently checkable laboratory reports?
Yes. Our November 1, 2026 review covered 43 documents: 23 Freedom Diagnostics PDFs that matched laboratory copies and 20 Janoshik reports confirmed with their exact task and unique key. The client names were Mizan Supply and mizansupply.com.
Does every Mizan strength have a report?
Reports covered 31 of 37 catalog strength options, including all 29 currently available comparable compound-vial offers and two water options. The five unavailable compound variants and 30 mL water option had no linked report. Separate safety-panel reports do not become additional covered products.
Are Mizan's modified peptides compared with the unmodified versions?
No. N-Acetyl Selank Amidate, N-Acetyl Semax Amidate and the published N-acetylated Epitalon amidate form use separate groups. Full-length thymosin beta-4 is also kept apart from Mizan's unacetylated 17–23 fragment. These distinctions follow the published chemical specifications.
Does PeptideBenchmark have a Mizan affiliate code?
No. At publication, PeptideBenchmark had no affiliate, coupon, sponsorship or paid-placement relationship with Mizan. Comparison prices use the openly listed single-vial prices, with no additional affiliate discount assumed.
