Hello Stacks Review: Pricing, COAs, Testing, and What We Found

An independent Hello Stacks review of 79 catalog products, 52 comparable vial prices, and 42 certificate documents — 38 resolving at Vanguard Laboratory or Freedom Diagnostics.

Hello Stacks is now a curated vendor on PeptideBenchmark. The public shop lists lyophilized vials and a separate StackOne line of prefilled pens and refill cartridges, and many of those lots link a certificate before checkout.

Scope and disclosure

Reviewed September 28, 2026, with no affiliate, coupon, sponsorship, or paid-placement relationship at that time. Update, October 1, 2026: PeptideBenchmark has a referral relationship with Hello Stacks. Code BENCHMARK is 20% off vials, and product links add ?ref=peptidebenchmark. PeptideBenchmark may earn a commission on referred orders. That commission is not an extra discount and does not change the findings below, the trust score, or where Hello Stacks ranks. The vendor sells research-use-only products; this is a commercial-transparency and documentary-evidence review, not human-use guidance or medical advice.

The short version

Hello Stacks, operated by PranaCore Life Inc. in Costa Mesa, California, publishes list prices and a large set of lot certificates. The vial certificates are Vanguard Laboratory reports issued to Hello Stacks. The StackOne pen and refill certificates are Freedom Diagnostics reports issued to Stack One Labs. Most of those documents could be opened again at the laboratory. A certificate still covers only the tested sample and the assays printed on it.

PB assessment Public prices, with Vanguard and Freedom certificates on a majority of the catalog — not on every SKU.

Thirty-eight of 42 recovered documents resolved at the issuing laboratory. Twenty-four priced products had no certificate. Reported HPLC purity across the 42 documents averaged about 99.4%. The Vanguard files report endotoxin and a measured quantity; they do not report sterility or heavy metals. The Freedom files add identity and a microbial PCR screen, and often leave net content unrequested.

What was on the shelf

The shop had 79 products. Fifty-two lyophilized vials had a labeled milligram total and a list price, across 39 peptides, and those rows are on the pricing board and in Stack Builder.

Two HGH listings, 10 IU at $69 and 24 IU at $99, stay on the IU comparison instead of being converted to milligrams. Twenty-two StackOne pens and refill cartridges name a peptide and a milligram fill, but they are a device or a cartridge rather than a lyophilized vial, so they are not mixed into $/mg. Two reconstitution solutions and the empty StackOne pen are outside the peptide comparison.

Storefront codes

Three metabolic names are codes, not INN names:

Storefront label How this review compares it What the vendor publishes
GLP-1 T Tirzepatide Product copy says dual GIP/GLP-1. StackOne certificate files for that fill are named tirzepatide.
GLP-1 R Retatrutide Product copy says multi-agonist. StackOne certificate files for that fill are named retatrutide.
GLP-1 S Semaglutide Product copy says a long-acting GLP-1 receptor agonist. The page does not print “semaglutide,” and neither GLP-1 S strength had a certificate.

House blends use the labeled vial total: GLOW (GHK-Cu + BPC-157 + TB-500, 70 mg), KLOW (KPV + GHK-Cu + BPC-157 + TB-500, 80 mg), BPC-157 + TB-500, and CJC-1295 + Ipamorelin. The CJC-1295 blend title does not say DAC. The separate CJC-1295 products that do say “W/ DAC” had no certificate.

What the certificates actually show

This review recovered 42 certificate documents tied to 52 of 79 catalog products. Thirty-one are vendor-hosted Vanguard PDFs and eleven are vendor-hosted Freedom PDFs. Vanguard’s public database also lists Hello Stacks reports that no product page links: a second GLP-1 T 30 mg lot, HGH 24 IU, and a bacteriostatic-water report. The COA database keeps them as laboratory-listed records, but they are not counted here as documents Hello Stacks publishes, and they do not give any product a certificate.

Laboratory Documents Resolved at the laboratory
Vanguard Laboratory 31 30
Freedom Diagnostics 11 8

The Vanguard copy that did not resolve is MOTS-c 10 mg, laboratory ID V260407-4 004. The PDF is on the product page and names Hello Stacks, but that ID was not in Vanguard’s public database on this date. The Freedom copies that did not resolve are the StackOne tirzepatide 20 mg, retatrutide 20 mg, and MOTS-c 20 mg search codes (Stac2606180061, Stac2606180058, and Stac2606180064). Each file names Stack One Labs. The laboratory host returned no document for those three codes. Eight other StackOne codes, including BPC-157, GHK-Cu, NAD+, Selank, Semax, KLOW, GLOW, and the BPC-157 + TB-500 blend, did resolve.

Across the 42 documents, reported HPLC purity averaged 99.4% (lowest 97.2% on humanin 10 mg). Every document reports endotoxin. Vanguard reports a measured milligram quantity. Freedom reports identity by LC-MS and a microbial PCR result, and typically marks net content as not requested. None of the 42 reports sterility or a heavy-metals panel. A passing endotoxin line is not a sterility result.

GHK-Cu 50 mg has a Vanguard certificate, but that strength was not in the current shop. GHK-Cu 100 mg was for sale and had no certificate. A second bacteriostatic-water record in Vanguard’s database could not be retrieved.

Products priced with no certificate in this pass include GHK-Cu 100 mg, AOD-9604 5 mg, BPC-157 5 mg, both CJC-1295 with DAC strengths, cagrilintide 5 mg, epithalon 10 mg, both GHRP strengths, both GLP-1 S strengths, both HGH listings, IGF-1 LR3 1 mg, ipamorelin 10 mg, kisspeptin 10 mg, melanotan II 10 mg, selank 10 mg, sermorelin 5 mg, SLU-PP-332 5 mg, SS-31 10 mg, TB-500 5 mg, tesamorelin 10 mg, and testagen 20 mg. A purity figure on the page is not a substitute for the PDF.

Pricing and shipping (dated)

Comparison prices on September 28, 2026 were the list prices. No sitewide sale was showing. As of October 1, 2026, code BENCHMARK takes 20% off those vial prices, and the pricing board includes that reduction. HGH stays on the IU view at the labeled IU price. The storefront said orders placed by 2:00 PM PST ship the same day. That is a dated vendor statement, not a promise PeptideBenchmark rechecked against a label.

Common questions

Is Hello Stacks legitimate?

PeptideBenchmark does not issue a binary legitimacy or product-safety endorsement. Hello Stacks is a research-only storefront operated by PranaCore Life Inc. that publishes downloadable certificates for many lots. On September 28, 2026, 38 of 42 recovered certificate documents resolved at Vanguard Laboratory or Freedom Diagnostics under the client name printed on the file. That is a checkable evidence trail. It does not establish the identity or condition of a physical vial.

Does Hello Stacks publish COAs?

Yes, for many lots. Vial pages link Vanguard Laboratory PDFs, and StackOne pen and refill pages link Freedom Diagnostics PDFs. This review recovered 42 certificate documents. Twenty-four priced products had no downloadable certificate, including GHK-Cu 100 mg, both GLP-1 S strengths, and both HGH listings.

Are Hello Stacks COAs independently verifiable?

Most of the recovered documents, yes. Thirty Vanguard Laboratory IDs matched Hello Stacks records in Vanguard’s public certificate database, and eight Freedom Diagnostics search codes resolved under the Stack One Labs client name. One Vanguard MOTS-c 10 mg PDF was not in that public database, and three StackOne search codes returned no laboratory copy.

What do GLP-1 R, GLP-1 T, and GLP-1 S mean?

They are storefront codes. GLP-1 T is described as a dual GIP/GLP-1 peptide and the StackOne files for that fill are named tirzepatide. GLP-1 R is described as a multi-agonist and the StackOne files for that fill are named retatrutide. GLP-1 S is described as a long-acting GLP-1 receptor agonist and is compared here as semaglutide; the product page does not print the name semaglutide.

Does PeptideBenchmark have an affiliate relationship with Hello Stacks?

Not on the review date. As of October 1, 2026, PeptideBenchmark has a referral relationship: code BENCHMARK is 20% off vials, and product links add ?ref=peptidebenchmark. That relationship does not change the September 28 evidence findings, the trust score, or where Hello Stacks ranks.
