FirstForm Peptides Review: Prices, COAs and Laboratory Verification
Our independent review of FirstForm Peptides prices, current and historical Freedom Diagnostics reports, exact product coverage and PBENCHMARK savings.
We reviewed FirstForm Peptides, its public prices, product labels and complete COA library. The strongest finding is a substantial own-client laboratory trail: every reviewed report matched its independent laboratory copy. The important distinction is between a verified report and exact coverage of the product, strength and molecular form currently offered.
Reviewed November 6, 2026. PeptideBenchmark is an affiliate partner and may earn a commission from qualifying FirstForm orders. This relationship does not change testing findings or benchmark scores. This review covers commercial transparency and documentary evidence for research-use products; it is not human-use guidance or a physical-vial endorsement.
What we found
Strong independently checkable documentation, with historical lots and unresolved molecular forms kept separate from exact current product coverage.
The catalog contains 45 vial-format entries, including two reconstitution supplies, and eight announced sprays. We found 33 buyable research products. Thirty have sufficiently clear identity and nominal mass for current vial comparisons. Three buyable products remain outside exact price comparisons: TB-500, the paired BPC-157/TB-500 blend and GLOW. Unavailable items remain in the catalog denominator.
The live FirstForm profile carries the current score and evidence counts. This article records what we found on the review date; subsequent availability, prices and reports can change.
Prices and the partner code
Each tracked strength uses its own product price. This matters for FFP-3RT: the 20 mg option displayed a weekly-special price, while sibling strengths retained their own prices. A sale displayed beside another strength does not establish a sale on that strength.
On November 6, a single FFP-3RT 10 mg vial listed at $44.99 accepted code PBENCHMARK for $4.49 off, giving $40.50 before shipping and tax. The 20 mg weekly-special price of $76.49 accepted $7.64 off, giving $68.85. Coupon savings are truncated to cents. These are dated cart observations, not a guarantee of future offers or completed delivery.
The public pages advertise quantity savings and a mixed-vial kit. Bulk and kit composition is not certified in our comparison model. We do not compound those offers with the code based on banner language alone. Pricing and Stack Builder use the verified customer savings for tracked vial offers. Partner commission never enters customer price calculations.
The tracked FirstForm link records attribution; enter PBENCHMARK separately. Public referral responses set a 60-day attribution cookie and retain existing product query parameters. One partner-dashboard sentence mentions 90 days while its explicit cookie field says 60 days; the observed cookie supports 60 days. We do not advertise the longer period as verified.
What the laboratory checks establish
The complete library contained 53 distinct PDF originals, including older lots. Each report named FirstForm Peptides as client and contained a unique Freedom Diagnostics accession and search code. The exact laboratory-hosted copy matched the vendor original byte for byte. Laboratory verification and the vendor’s original document remain separate sources of provenance.
Readable purity results, individual sample measurements and laboratory summaries are retained separately. Blends can report measured content for several components without printing an aggregate content result. We preserve those observations without inventing a total or treating measured component proportions as the intended recipe. One KLOW report visibly clips part of its second-vial table; unreadable cells remain unresolved alongside the readable results and original document.
The report population included endotoxin results on 44 documents and heavy-metal panels on 27. Twenty-seven included microbial PCR screening. These results apply to the tested samples. PCR screening is not sterility testing; no sterility panel was established in this review. Vendor language about full-panel testing or sterile vials does not substitute for the actual reported assays.
Exact product coverage needs more than a PDF attachment
Older and newer TB-500 reports are materially different. A historical report identifies full-length thymosin beta-4, while the current named TB-500 mass spectrum supports an approximately 888 Da fragment. The paired BPC/TB report also supports the fragment form, and its vial photo labels 5/5 mg. However, their storefront CAS fields identify full-length thymosin beta-4. We retain this explicit identifier inconsistency and withhold exact molecular-form pricing for these listings. The mass plots do not establish a complete sequence, acetylation position or stereochemistry.
GLOW and KLOW publish total blend masses and component measurements, but those measurements do not establish nominal component proportions. We retain their reports without assigning exact recipe coverage. The unavailable TESA/IPA listing has a supported 10/10 mg nominal recipe; its documentary relationship can remain valid while its price is excluded for availability.
Across the current own-product document slots, 34 product relationships met our exact coverage criteria. Historical reports remain searchable and independently verified without being silently assigned to a different current molecular form, strength or announced spray. See the FirstForm COA records and scoring methodology for the underlying evidence and limitations.
Location and fulfillment
The official contact page explicitly describes 30 N. Gould Street, Ste. N, Sheridan, Wyoming as a business mailing address. We treat it as a mailing location, not independently verified headquarters or fulfillment. The shipping page advertises U.S. UPS 2nd Day Air, international delivery and free U.S. shipping over $250. These are vendor-stated terms observed November 6, 2026. We did not place an order or independently test delivery.
Common questions
Are FirstForm Peptides COAs independently verifiable?
The reviewed library contains 53 distinct reports. Each exact laboratory-hosted PDF matched the vendor-published original byte for byte and named FirstForm Peptides as the client, with matching accession and search code. This verifies documents, not the contents of a future shipment.
Does PBENCHMARK provide a customer discount?
Guest carts accepted PBENCHMARK for 10% off on November 6, 2026. The referral link records attribution; enter the code separately. PeptideBenchmark earns a separate commission.
Does microbial PCR screening establish sterility?
No. We keep the reports' microbial PCR screening separate from sterility testing. No sterility panel was established in the reviewed reports.
